very bad, they are middle man between customer and car rental shop/company. I got one month contract - they didn't accept unless you pay in full as advance (topical middle man), I had to travel for emergency, I request to return the car for few days and get it back after I return to complete my month - they accept but the car rental shop refuses, finally I had to break the contract and be treated as weekly contract - the surprise was they didn't return my money despite my extensive follow ups.
