The SC300i itself is great but the app ruins it and is non functional. Super slow and loaded with bugs. Shots lost, incorrect math, etc. I'll most likely end up returning the product for a refund as a result. Its a shame that a product is ruined by software developers that have no pride in their work. Can't even login to use the app now....

Since the carry distance uses the loft of the club in its calculation my distances are off because my gap wedge is 49 degrees, but the app only has the option of 50 degrees and higher. The app should have the option to go to at least 48 degrees. This is a simple upgrade so hope the developer gets on it. I only used the device for 3 sessions so am only giving a 3 star at this time.

I just reinstalled the app on 4-1-21 after seeing a notice that a new update is available. I still cannot see my swings data on the app. The translation of the reply in Korean to previous reviews is below: "Hello, this is Voice Caddy. First of all, we are very sorry for the inconvenience during use. Currently, the error in our application has been confirmed and we plan to correct it as soon as possible. Thank you."

Overall good... But... The app works seemingly fine from a sync perspective (that said I have the SC300i so I can't comment on behalf of those with the older unit). This only issue I have found so far is with editing shots. Mainly if I have any errant and obvious mis-hits that I'd like to erase, I'll select them and hit erase but those shots remain while random good shots are removed. If that didn't happen this wild be overall more useful. Also the video mode could use a shot tracker.

Stat data and syncing is hit or miss if you use practice and target during the same session. UPDATE - 3/2/21 This app went from bad to worse. Sync no longer works. Needs an update fix FAST. There must be NOBODY that tests this thing. It's turned into a joke. This app is worse than ever. Makes the swing caddie almost useless. Do not purchase a swing caddie SC300. No response from manufacture and nonsense in Korean from software people. Absolute garbage.

UPDATE: They've now fixed syncing in the new app so you can at least download your swing data, but the app stats are very broken. Average launch angle for one club was computed as 19.8 but only one swing out of 20 was below 20. Also Target mode swings are totally missing from the app, after syncing still shows zero target mode swings. Still poor qa prior to release.
