원래 아이폰7 유저였습니다. 매우 잘 되고 잘 쓰고 있었는데 얼마전 노트 10으로 갈아타고 다시 앱을 설치했는데 자꾸 사용 중지 신청을 하라고 하더라구요. 사용중지 신청하고 등록을 했음에도 불구하고 매번 그 오류가 나서 1일 1등록 중입니다. 두번째로 블루투스,와이파이,위치서비스 다 켜놨음에도 불구하고 비콘 탐색이 안됩니다. 정말 매번 너무 불편해요. 한창 시험기간이라 자리 잡아야하는데 오류나서 놓친 적이 많아요... 제발 고쳐주세요 ㅠ

잘 쓰고 있었는데 모든 열람실에서 클리커 비콘은 못 찾겠다고 하네요 에러라는 창만 계속 보이고 사람이 거의 없는데 지웠다 다시 설치해도 이렇네요

업데이트이후 도서관찾기만되고 그뒤로 폰이랑 위치랑 허용하라고 뜨는 배너에서 넘어가지를 않습니다. 폰기종은 pixel2 xl이고요 업데이트전까지만해도 잘들어가졌어요
