Update: The application is working now however it could really use updates to the build. Thursday, 4 Saufar, 1441 3rd of October, 2019 The application is now as "crashed". The Feedback doesn't show up anymore. Besides, only the "M Sip & Enjoy - I'm lovin it Drink" is being shown in the rewards instead of all the eating items (excluding the drinks altogether, if we). RE: It doesn't let any feedbacks submit anymore and shows the "one feedback only a day" message if made to accept any more feedbacks.

poor design after update. cannot get free drink 3 times within 3 days after survey like few years ago.

very bad..my feedback was not recorded after ive asked the store manager if they got my feedback,sometimes it says no location found,most of the time it crashed,sometimes i havent respond yet they say 1 day 1 feedback only

About this app

MY McD Feedback is an application designed to allow McDonald’s Malaysia customers to rate our service based on their personal experience. Just by completing a short survey, customers can tell us if they’re lovin’ it.

Survey results are evaluated and disseminated to the right people, so that the feedback can be addressed by our restaurants.

MY McD Feedback uses a mix of survey questions including rating scale, multiple choice and comment boxes, where customers can elaborate on their experience. Upon completion of the survey, a reward is offered as a token of appreciation for the invaluable feedback. Customers may only take one survey per day.

At McDonald’s, we truly care about our customers’ experience and we welcome them to let us know how we’re doing on a regular basis.
