This evening I booked tuktuk. The driver didn't show up, didn't call back. I called other tuktuk without using the app to get back home. Now 3 hours passed, the app still show "your driver has arrived" and I cannot access other function of the app - cannot cancel - cannot access other booking - cannot get back to homepage. Tuktuk number P33766 plate number 1P9376. I uninstalled and installed again. But it still show the same. Very bad!
