App is unstable. Frequently freezes. Sound does not work consistently. HD setting does not seem to make any difference. Not easily turned off so it drains battery. I have to go into apps mgr and force close it.

many bug.. no camera flip function cannot mount upside down. missing audio functions in xiaomi cannot set SD card overwrite old file when full. software keep running in background when back or home button pressed.

I bought 3 cams in Feb and I received them a month later. They seemed to work at first but when recording the sound, it was way faster than the video and it would stop recording the picture but sound would still be recorded. After 6 months they totally stopped working. Always in offline mode. I need exchange or refund. Customer service is not available.

Only works on 2.5 networks! While viewing camera, the alerts should not keep interrupting the viewing. It needs to know I'm already watching it. The sensitivities need calibrating. 1 sensitivity is as bad as 10.

Horrible app, its a nightmare trying to get connected for remote access to view cameras from phone. After a million tries it never connects to WiFi and was useless!!

Connection is ok and stable. Alarning mode works fine but this app burns my phone battery - I must go to the app manager and force stop it (kill it). After that Alarm mode is not working. Otherwise the app works on background and my battery goes down very fast - for few hours.
