8-2-2020 UPDATE!!! THEY FINALLY HAVE UPDATED THIS APP! So far it has worked, I have my traffic back, searches work. NOTE: Uninstall the old version of avicsync for it to work. This may restore a bit of faith in Pioneer, although they took their sweet.time to get it fixed.

If you have Android 10, this app will not work due to a permissions glitch. It hasn't been updated since 2018. I'm quite unimpressed, partially because of the glitch, but mostly because of the implication that I have to give the app permission for the phone. I may not want to do so for privacy reasons, but then the app won't work at all. If it worked in the first place.

Worked until update android 10. Now stuck on permissions!!! Would give 0 star but couldn't. Will put better rating when u fix it. Update. So the update that's come out 30th July. Won't update !!!! Do you not check before releasing.

App can not read IMEI number on android 10. App works fine on android 9. The July 27, 2020 update corrected the IMEI issue and the app now works. But you need to uninstall the older version and install the 27 July version.

Cant even use this app with my phone, cant get past the allow phone access screen. I have read its caused by a missing file in the download but they need to patch this app. Until then its just Wasted space.

On Galaxy S9 with Android 10 the app doesn't work. Every time when I start the app wants me to give it permission to have access to the phone. I accept and after that.... nothing.
