Very poor experience, barely any functionality for android phones on a Pioneer set. I tinkered a bit around with it, but other than a dead app called Live radio and a prohibitively expensive navigation system, Genius Maps, AppRadio has nothing to offer. I'll be using my old iPhone instead, to run my apps, navigation and media on this deck.

Terrible. I have spent hours trying to.get this to connect my phone to my Pioneer head unit. It just doesn't work. A serious disappointment and waste of time. Pioneer, listen to these reviews and do something Please.

For those having trouble getting Android Auto to work, click the phone on your pioneer unit with the phone plugged in and unlocked. You should have two tabs with AppRadio being selected. Select the Android Auto tab and this should re-engage your AA.

Works horribly I wish they had something better and on top of which the Spotify app just recently stopped working on the pioneer stereo avh-501ex it's a shame a good money for it too

Absolute garbage app that is apparently necessary to use the pioneer head unit. This app alone makes the head unit not worth it even if it was free on the side of the street. Super regret buying pioneer. I wish zero stars were possible as a rating

Why the hell I keep receving notification from this app although it has been uninstalled? It keep interfering with my map app and it's super frustrating when driving
