『bmic ZR』は、地域包括ケアにおける医療従事者や介護従事者をはじめとした、地域包括ケアに関わる多職種の連携支援のほか、在宅ケアにおける業務の効率化と更なる質の向上を目的としたものです。

・「在宅ケア支援アプリケーション（本アプリケーション）」
訪問診療や訪問看護時に、在宅利用者のケアに必要なデータ（バイタルデータ）を、タブレット端末、スマートフォンやノートパソコンにNFC〔※1〕を介してデータを取り込み、クラウド上のサーバーへ送信することで、記録することが可能です。
テルモ株式会社の通信機能付きバイタルサイン測定機器シリーズ「HRジョイント®」と連携し、測定機器をNFCリーダーにタッチするだけで、データ、測定日時を自動的に取得します。取得したデータはモバイルネットワークを経由し、クラウド上のサーバーを介して、関係者へ瞬時に共有できます。さらに、未入力、誤入力を低減し、限定された訪問時間のなかで、ヘルスレコード入力作業の効率化も図れ、在宅利用者に接する本来の業務へ集中する利点が生まれます。
また、バイタルデータの記録と同時に、訪問先で撮影した画像データや、処置メモなどのテキストデータ、テンプレートを用いた一般連絡などの記録も可能です。

体温計、血圧計、血糖測定器、パルスオキシメーター（血中酸素飽和度〔SpO2〕計）　など

・「多職種連携ビューワー」
利用者基本情報をはじめ、日常の地域包括ケアにおいて各職種間でのコミュニケーションを充実させるための各種機能が利用できます。「在宅ケア支援アプリケーション」による在宅ケア情報の共有のほか、多職種間での対応依頼の送受信、生活支援情報の共有など、メッセージやメモを含め対象利用者ごとに時系列で閲覧できるため、利用者を中心としたケアチームにおいて各職種が必要に応じて確認することが可能です。また、それぞれの情報について職種に応じた閲覧権限を設定できるほか、掲示板機能を用いて更新する情報は、メッセージ作成時に利用者毎に設定されたケアチームのメンバーの中から宛先を選択し、送信することも可能です。
