Emergency app of no use. Can only be used in Japanese. No option to switch to another language. The same with the other Yahoo apps. Pretty bad show seeing as other apps can switch to the OS language automatically.

※緊急地震速報は、震源に近いところでは速報が間に合わないことがあります。

・突然の雨への対策に
豪雨予報をいち早く知れるので、自宅にいる場合は雨戸を閉めたり、外出時は屋内に移動したりするなどの事前準備ができます。

・離れた家族の災害対策に
自宅付近の地域を設定しておけば、勤務先でも災害情報が通知されるので、災害に備えるように家族に知らせることができます。

■避難情報
自治体が避難情報を発令・解除した場合に通知します。

■緊急地震速報・地震情報
緊急地震速報の予想震度や地震の観測結果が、設定した震度以上の場合に通知します。

■津波予報
大津波警報・津波警報・注意報が発表、または解除された場合に通知します。

■大雨危険度
設定地域で大雨による土砂災害や河川洪水の危険が高まった場合に通知します。

■豪雨予報
降水量が設定した値を超える予報の場合に通知します。また、雨雲の様子を雨雲レーダーで確認できます。

■土砂災害
土砂災害警戒情報が発表・解除された場合に通知します。
