Absolute garbage. All I want is to transfer photos from my Sony camera to the my phone. Apparently that's not possible with the app that Sony recommends themselves when buying their cameras. Not sure what the use is of this app. To upload your mobile pics to Sony's servers? How about fixing your product first.

What a load of rubbish. I used to use a Sony app to transfer from my RX10 MkIII to my android phone and it was really easy to use. On this app I can't get past the sign-on screen. It detects my existing Sony account created for claiming cashback and tries to link to it but it comes up busy and never responds. After reading all the other reviews I don't think I will waste any more time. What a shame.

Downloaded to try to get images from my Sony camera to my phone. It is NOT the correct app for this. You needed PlayMemories Mobile which is no longer supported. You need to download Imaging Edge Mobile by Sony. This DOES work and is pretty quick at Downloading over mobile.

Worst ever, used to use this app to sync the pictures from my Sony A7 now all I can do is upload the pictures from my phone, and have to create an account for whatever reason. Useless, 0 user friendly. What append to you Sony? Just a simple camera to phone sync app. can't be thst hard to develop....

I haven't manage to run this app. It requires a sony account login which i already have (and register all my sony products) but doesn't recognize my credentials. The app direct me to a playstation web access; cannot also create a new account with the same email, i reset my password following the instructions but when i try again to run the app it does not accept my access. What a mess!! I just want to transfer photos from my a6400 and i have to deal with all these @#!$. Shame on Sony...

App still working after update see instructions below 1. Display the [Settings] > [Apps & notifications] > [Apps] screen. 2. Tap [PlayMemories Online]. 3. Tap [Storage] > [Clear Data] and when [Delete app data] is displayed, tap [OK](*).  　　　　　* Images uploaded to PlayMemories Online will not be deleted. 4. Restart the PlayMemories Online app and sign-in again. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
