Start out just rubbing your finger over everything you want blurred out. Then go over them again if you want them more blurry. No need to mess with settings. It's very easy and has got the job done for me.

Unable to make any of the actions permanent. as soon as I move the cursor the action goes away. Except for blurring the total picture which doesn't make any sense anyway. There are no help Pages no instructions no way that I can effectively use this product
