The most useless airline app I've ever encountered. Doesn't save your reservations. You must enter name, date of travel, flight#, confirmation# each time you open the app. Useless. I'm clearly not alone rating of 1.9 versus 3.7 for ANA app which Japanese airline gets it? I have never seen so many one star ratings for an app. JAL should be ashamed!

Terrible App, can't change departure location for one way tickets. Links dont load. Cant select certain fields. Tried to use their main website, even worse but I won't comment here since this is about their App. Since Japan is on the forefront of AI and Robotics technology maybe can get robots to rebuild the app, because the humans who built it obviously have no clue what they are doing.

lacks features. you can pretty much check flights out if you remembered your flight information type that in there and check in. no easy check in, flight booking external links and it doesn't memorize your flight itinerary which would be very useful for those of us with multiple connecting.

Quick and and easy to navigate, but what's the point of having an app where you can't save and store your boarding pass info? There's no option to save your flight and boarding pass info. You have to type it in everytime you open the app. Very bad user experience.

very very slow. like slow slow. taking for ever stuff to load with full bandwith of data mobile or wifi available. does not save your credentials and they need punch in all the time new when starting app. very confusing menu. any other airline app much faster. very bad if you are on the roll an moving fast.
