New features

[Ver.4.0.2]
・When creating a closed area by dragging with a sub-tool with the Mode set to Lasso, such as Lasso or Lasso Fill, there is no longer a delay in response or misalignment when the operation starts.
・Layer masks can now be edited with drawing tools such as the Pen tool even when a 3D layer mask is selected.
・When you use Edit menu > Transform, the reference point will move when you hold the Alt key and tap on the canvas.
・Other issues have also been fixed.
