Seems like the application was shipped half baked. It kinda works, but fails at the things it advertises. Moble upload, fails even on the same network (better to use a full function file explorer). Any level of NAS management fails, as the UI does not allow much and even appears to lack basic functions like coy and paste. Ultimately, unfortunately, the only way to remotely access your NAS from a remote location/Mobile phone. Forget actually interacting with it beyond some buggy downloads.

unable to access from mobile and phone vibrates when uploading a file. Nicer interface but could be made a lot better for uploading files and copying files. The vibrate when uploading files is really annoying and not sure why this is happening on my Samsung note 8. Sorry but had nothing but trouble with buffalo since using them. not much help in setting up nas drive on sky fibre or bt broadband and to access using a mobile

Absolutely pathetic. All I want to do is play my 3tb of music on my Android. Completely unreliable function. Connects sometimes. Plays sometimes. Sometimes it plays a few songs. Sometimes it stops mid song. Sometimes it's random, sometimes it's on repeat. Atrocious interface. I can say, the quality of the stream is AWESOME. Other than that, complete rubbish.

App is not very user friendly. Documentation is poor. Still not clear on how to manually update the NAS from my smart devices. Set up of Auto download is vague. I had to use admin password to create webaxxx folder on NAS. Couldn't user the userid created for the device. Would love to see options to view downloaded data by detail or list. and an option to delete a downloaded file. other than this, it works well to access files remotely.

Why does my phone keep sending me notifications when doing a file upload? Once would be great but it keeps sending them until the full upload is finished. I don't see a way to turn off the sound in the app. Please fix!
