- Create delivery job with 3 easy steps and the jobs will be picked up by our Porters within minutes.

- Track the real-time location of your Parcel using our app whenever you want.
- You will receive a notification once your parcel is successfully delivered.

2) If you are keen to be a part of the JoyPorter family:
- Be a Porter allows you to register yourself as a Porter and pick up delivery jobs.
- Registration is free of charge!
- Delivery jobs are pushed to you in real-time.
- Total freedom to pick delivery jobs that are near your area.

3) If you are receiving a parcel from JoyPorter:
- Receive a message that will indicate the date and time of the delivery.
- Track the real-time location of your Parcel using our app whenever you want.
- Communicate with your personal Porter via our in-app chat the time when you will be at home to receive your parcel.
