Convenient, but terrible app. Access app only allows you to rate the drivers on the cleanliness of the vehicle, courteousness, & safety of their driving. Not much of a chance to give a more thorough review, if you ask me. There's always a service corruption occurring at least once with the app. The app LOVES logging me out. Every time I try logging back in, the app always tells me "Access API service is not responding." What's up with that?!

Disappointed with last update. Unfortunately the last update made the app worse rather than better. It removed the ability to see a map that showed the vehicle's position. Instead the new version reports the current location in text format. I found the ability to see the map very helpful. Bring it back as an option in settings.

Worthless app. Can never register on it. Have tried 4 times. When I call tech support there isn't a human u can speak to. It only gives 2 options for help and neither r what I need. Stop promoting an app that doesn't even work

App stopped working. Not very good for people who rely on it. It's been stuck in "app loading" for 10 minutes. Uninstalling until you fix this issue 😡

Works as it should. The only issue I have is that it keeps asking me to enable Bluetooth when this app clearly does not need Bluetooth permission. Please fix this.

I've had this APP. on my phone for years. I've had my PIXEL 6 for awhile now. Any and all software that Ned's to be update gets done EVERYDAY. And my CACHE get cleaned out every other day. And that all works great for me. Well recently this app. goes to update and says it's not even loaded. So I tried 10 times to loaded. I keep getting this "Can't install Access Services LA Try again, and if it still doesn't work, see common ways to fix the problem". I don't want to keep trying...
