I still can't get past the opening screen, can't get to any of the functions. Thanks for the reply on my previous post, I'm in Frederick MD.

I got a cab unassigned to call and when I called dispatch they said it was unassigned but MARS app still showed him. Either dispatch didn't unassign or MARS app didn't update to show him unassigned 30 minutes after the fact of his being unassigned.
