This article outlines two straightforward methods for installing Sharengo IT on PC Windows and Mac.

Using BlueStacks

  1. Download the APK/XAPK file from this page.
  2. Install BlueStacks by visiting http://bluestacks.com.

There are many things that can be improved on the app, like showing what is the autonomy of the car you are about to select since many of them are in a low battery state, but you discover that only when you are on it. One thing I do not understand is why is so easy to register online, but if you want to unsubscribe then you need to send priority (paper) mail or certified e-mail; seems to me all to discourage unsubscribing.

Tried to subscribe 12 times and it never worked. Without App, I can't use the service. It is like having a store in Montenapoleone and nobody can go inside to buy because the door is closed!

I forgot my password and no matter how many times I click "forgot password" from the app and website, they do not send me the email to make a new password. I emailed the support team and they were useless, telling me to do what I had already done.

I clienti troveranno le auto sempre cariche perché alla ricarica ci pensa Share’ngo.

ISCRIZIONE AL SERVIZIO

Per iscriversi al servizio basta collegarsi sul sito www.sharengo.it o scaricare l’app e cliccare su “Registrati ora”. Iscriversi è semplice e veloce: basta avere la patente, il codice fiscale e una carta di credito (anche prepagata).

TROVARE E PRENOTARE UN’AUTO QUANDO TI SERVE

Per trovare una Share’ngo basta aprire l’app andare sulla mappa e cercare l’auto più vicina, selezionarla per visualizzare l’indirizzo e l’autonomia e cliccare su “Prenotala ora”. La prenotazione dura 20 minuti ed è gratuita.

APERTURA DEL NOLEGGIO

Guidare un’auto elettrica di Share’ngo è facile e divertente: 120 km di autonomia, 80 km/ora, la ripresa brillante di un’auto elettrica e il comfort di una citycar con cambio automatico, sensori di parcheggio, luci a led, finestrini elettrici, radio e navigatore.
Una volta saliti a bordo occorre inserire il codice PIN che si trova nella propria Area Riservata o (in fase di prenotazione dell’auto) in alto sullo schermo dell’app e seguire le indicazioni sul display di bordo.

CHIUSURA DEL NOLEGGIO

Per terminare il noleggio è necessario selezionare l’opzione corrispondente sul display di bordo (la “P”, in alto a destra) e selezionare “Sosta” o “Termina Noleggio” a seconda che si voglia rispettivamente tenere l’auto ancora in uso o che si voglia terminare il noleggio.

PAGAMENTI E FATTURAZIONE

I noleggi Share’ngo sono pagabili con carta di credito o prepagata e una volta pagata la corsa nella propria Area Riservata sarà possibile scaricare la fattura.
