I haven't been able to get into the app for about six months..I've changed and verified passwords a few times but when I try and open it it says authorisation error ..I have no number to ring for help to fix it

No push notifications! What is the point on having such an expensive alarm system if the app that goes with it is so bad. If you don't have your phone in your hand with the app open and the screen unlocked you wont see the notifications. Someone tried to steal my bike and trigered my alarm and I didnt get any notification from the app, I just saw the 'event' on the app the morning after when I opened it. If someone manage to move my bike SOC will call me, but that may be to late. What a joke!

App has stopped giving push notifications as others have said you need it open to see any movement, if I do get a notification its hours after the event...vehicle would be out of the area and stripped before you knew it had been stolen.

I would prefer if there was a timeout feature instead of moving away from the app and then having to log back in each time. No alerts if not logged into the app is annoying and defeats the purpose of the app.

Since latest update 2.7.2 app no longer works, just shows a blank screen. On Ver. 2.7.4 and still not working.
