Shockingly poor experience. Appliance differed from the in app guide. Had to find one online... With great difficulty! Finally ran through the connection process and SEEMED to get connected. Appliance didn't connect. There is no way to start again or reconfigure appliance. No way to remove appliance from app. Tried to delete account and data... This take 'days' apparently. So this is NOT a simple task... Nor does it ensure appliance will connect... Nor will it allow editing and further attempt

Utterly useless. Followed set up as instructed but washer dryer will not connect. On the rare occasions my phone vibrated to show NFC was working, the app just said "wait" for a few seconds before nothing happened. Tried repeatedly to make work with same result. No way to delete appliance from app to try again from start. No online help available whatsoever.

First time with a hoover washing machine and first time on this app. EPIC fail. Tried to set up WiFi to no avail,. App found my appliance because of the QR code, well done that's obviously working fine. then I have to press set for 3 seconds(as shown in the app) WHERE THE HECK IS SET ON MY MACHINE?? How have you got a QR code for the machine I have but doesn't correspond on your app🤦🏽‍♂️ for the life of me, this is basic info needed for your customers to set up the app and you have failed.

This is the most frustrating app I have ever experienced. When it works it is great and I can choose from a multiple of cycles on my washing machine. However, the times the app works is few and far between. The app is not recognising my machine now. I have uninstalled it and tried to reinstall and the app won't complete the registering of the washing machine. Cannot use the app with my machine at all now. Really not worth the hassle. Wish I had gone with a different machine all together now.

Very very slow , basically pointless. Yes I can explain more , it takes ages to to connect to my appliance ,then takes ages to instruct the appliance and thats when it actually connects ,I have fast broadband, and a decent phone so it's not down to either of those, it's so slow it's just much easier to get up and press the buttons ,but then machine as a whole isn't very good ,it doesn't wash very well and the touch buttons are a pain !

If I could give less than 1 star, I would. Absolutely the most frustrating app I've ever tried to use. Continually looping when trying to register, and my machine keeps flashing rd in between selecting every wash cycle after my husband installed it, delaying and clearing options selected on the machine.
