Atrociously bad app, have spent hours trying to get it to work, have contacted Candy and even they cannot get it working! Looking at all the negative reviews on Play store & Apple store, where majority are having problems getting app to work. I am shocked that Candy hasn't fixed this app, but instead asking people to write in with their problems. When this many people are having problems there's a definite pattern, in that the problem isn't with their equipment but rather with the app itself!

The early 2000's have called and they want their app back. For a smart device the app and connectivity are shocking beyond all belief. Have managed to add my washing machine to the app, which is connected to the 2.4ghz channel and the signal is strong in the house especially where the washing machine is. Yet when I connect well actually attempt unsuccessfully every time so far the app just takes me to a web page and tells me a load of guff and to use the app. Shocking in this age.

Like some other people, the app worked ok for me and my wife for a couple of months. Then it lost our washer dryer on my phone, but I didn't do something about it because it worked on hers. Then her phone stopped connecting too. I tried to add it again, the process goes all the way to "appliance setup complete" but when I press"start" I get "Could not verify the appliance. Check your internet connection and try again." No amount of trying again works. On latest version as of today.

If I could print a review with bad language this would be full of it. This has the be the most useless app ever. Besides finding out what washes you've done it does nothing, absolutely nothing. I've been trying to get it to do a autoclean on my machine for over a week now. Hit start, make sure phone is in right place and nothing. Absolutely nothing. Even tried getting it to do a smart wash I made up! Would that work, would it hell as like. I cannot believe they have even bothered.

Just had washing machine installed, download app, make account, can't log in. Splash screen saying wrong password? Weird. It made me type it twice so it's unlikely I got it wrong. Reset password. Log in... Splash screen again. Try logging in with definitely the wrong password. Well whaddya know, tells me wrong password without the splash screen. In other words it's nothing to do with the password and you just want me to think your inept system's faults are my own?

The app really isn't great. It has some serious communication issues with my washing dryer and often fail to fetch the state of the machine. If the app hasn't connected to the machine yet, don't force me to wait for it. And if my laundry is done I get a nifty notification about it, unfortunately I can't open the machine if the WiFi is connected so I have to turn it of and wait for the lock to automatically disconnect a few minutes later. Yes, it does work but it really is a rough experience.
