Have to jiggle the Swift card about a lot to get it to register on Motorola Z2 and G7. Otherwise, you can add money to the card in this way. Need to be a bit more sensitive.

Largely useless at present unless you use trams. Bus and train not added. App description neglected to mention this. Also seems to have limited interaction with existing swift card. If you have a direct debit, then could add your card details and use your phone if you forgot the card, then that would be really useful, then buy additional tickets when you need them on the app, great. That doesn't seem to be an option here.

OK if you use trams I guess no good for trains or buses. swift has been around a long time - imagine if oyster card was this bad! London would not put up with this.

Works well but was told by a conductor on a tram that the prices are out of date and more expensive than the prices you can buy on the tram. Do the prices need an update.

Poor use. It would be much better to put this on buses and should be able to put your current swift card on it. Makes it lesser hassle to bring a swift card everywhere

Disappointed it's only for tram, and a limited number of ticket you're even for the team. I hope they introduce train and bus to the app soon
