The product is great and works very well. The app is also user friendly. after 3 years it stopped working just needs battery replacement i think. Hope you protect my keys or give me the aloha mora power and i forgot the lock spell. I used to leave my keys in my bike with the yoky tag for faster paramedic response and so that other security officers can use.

Update: The team at Yoky got in touch with me to understand the issue, and it was something that they have identified and will be rectifying in the next version of the device. They have offered a full refund on the devices I had purchased. Considering that I was satisfied with the features while I was using it and the issue I faced occurred only I had stopped using the device for 2 months, I'm revising my rating. Also, amazing customer support! Original: Stopped detecting the tag after 3 months.

Other than the fact that it helps you keep your belongings always closer to you, it also serves well in this lazy man's world. Dont remember where you put the keys yesterday night? One button and they are ringing in your jeans. Complete hassle avoider.

About this app

Track your things the smart way! Yoky Tag is a wireless smart device that lets you track your belongings using your smartphone. This is the companion app for the tag. Learn more and get one at www.yoky.io/

Your smartphone connects and wirelessly tracks your tags in the background. You can attach the tag to your belongings such as your keys, wallet, or bag and use your smartphone to find your things. You can even find your phone by shaking the yoky tag thrice.

The yoky tag stays connected with your phone for a distance of ~100 feet indoors and upto 250 feet outdoors. You get alerts when the phone or tags go out of range, helping you avoid losing your phone and your tagged valuables. When the tagged items are out of range, you can see the last known location of your tag on the map.

You control how your tag behaves. You can choose when, where and how long your tag or phone will alert you. The safe locations feature is especially helpful in customising your alerts in different locations.

You can also share your tags with your friends and family. A tag can be connected to only one person's phone at a time, however all tag related information is seamlessly transmitted to all the other users.

There are some extra goodies too. You can use the tag as a pedometer to accurately measures the number of steps and intensity of activity. If you carry your keys or wallet with you all the time, this is a great way of measuring your activity levels too. You can also just attach the tag to your shoes to track activity. The pedometer comes with a beautiful dashboard where you can configure targets and notifications and even get estimated distance and calories burnt - all this while still tracking your belongings.

Key specifications:
1. Requires Bluetooth Low Energy (4.0+) compatible devices.
2. Location services and internet connection to track the last known location (your location data is stored only on your device). While location services consume your phone's battery and we have taken all possible measures to ensure the yoky app does not affect your phone's battery life.
3. Device: The yoky tag is a 3.3cm x 3.3 cm x 0.8 cm Bluetooth Low Energy smart device, it is water resistant, has a built in 32-bit ARM Cortex M0 CPU, and lasts 12 months on a replaceable CR3032 battery.
4. A maximum of 8 Bluetooth devices can be connected to your Android phone at any point of time.
