Scammers. Sent USDT to an external wallet and it never arrived. Yellowcard said the transaction failed and the amount has been refunded but it's all lies. Nothing was refunded. My USDT disappeared and all they did was give lies and apologize for the inconvenience. Also, they've increased fees. You're charged half of what you send. Outrageous. Don't use this scammy app!

This app is annoying 😢😭😭😭because it uses trick to make you lose money. They don't update their market until 1-2mins after when the market has gone down. The most annoying thing they do is that when the market is very high for you to sell and make profit their app stop loading and starts lagging and it also makes the amount on your dashboard and crypto balance disappear for up to 5-10mins which is a very long time to see huge difference in price. This app is horrible for crypto traders.

I signed up for this app last week Thursday and I foolishly funded the account even before verifying. Now even after verification, which I did on Friday and being verified I still can't withdraw my money or use it to trade or anything. The Pop up screen is always saying we're still reviewing your account, check back in 48 hours. It's past 48 hours now and still, nothing! . y'all should fix this issue ASAP. I need my money😏😏

First, my first transaction was smooth and easy but sometimes the app will just decided not open and even stopped working for some time. For over 6hrs now I have been trying my it doesn't open. And your 2.32 transfer charge is unrealistic and annoying. And work on selling at the price you post.

The platform is the best for Africans. It's easy to deposit and withdrawal money to your yellow card wallet through mobile money, that's great for banking systems in African regurate your money as if they own it not you. Any way it's a good crypto exchange and an easy way to send and receive money. One thing they need to focus is on introducing more crypto currencies like Dogecoine.
