The app is not working so well... Always connection problem and specially I can't reduce the light always i should refreshing the app everytime and that also sometimes won't work... Please mansaa fix it or let me find another brand

Reducing my rating from 3 to 1. Been such a pathetic experience. Everyday I lose control of the lights between 10pm and 11pm. One of the lights stopped connecting with the app, rendering it a dumb light. Further their support is the unreachable. Would not recommend anybody to buy their bulbs. Had a great experience with their Bluetooth lights. But their WiFi lights is on a whole other negative scale.

What a pathetic product as well as app. It seems for mansaa, automation means just on or off at a fixed time...no brightness level automation....what a waste...

Buying this bulb is waist of money because it's not full filling the requirements for what mansa is claiming,. I am unable to operate with google, it's not connecting with Google home. My complain I'd is 14809. I am following up with company from last 2 months still they have not send bulb. Dear New Customer please avoid to buy, they are fraud.

They will not give replace bulb if it os not working. Poor email and Whatsapp replies from customer support team. Dont buy Mansa Products. Buy Mi or other brands.
