Bad experience with no status of whether the delivery has begun or the eta of the delivery. I ordered a boba drink from Xingfutang and waited for a little over an hour, called the only relevant phone number (the boba shop's number) and was told that they don't know and I should contact the carrier. But there's no way for me to directly contact the delivery person on the app and it even asks me for my experience rating before I receive the product. Please improve the app or I'd just use Uber.

Nothing loads. Always says "Error". Can't log in or search. Website doesnt take reservations so there's no way to edit or change anything.
