Prices on the app are as accurate as their regular menu price. If you don't mind putting your card info into the app then it's a good way to order as you usually have a free app just for signing up and using it 😊 prefer using the app or calling in to order as it's cheaper than the delivery app such as ubereats. If they had an option to pay at the store, that would be perfect!

The food was hot and tasty. Easy to order and view menu, but the app said 20 minutes approximately for pickup, but it was really an hour. The restaurant was swamped. I feel like the app needs to be better updated to reflect the actual number of orders and give more accurate wait times. It would be best if the app could actually give you real time ballpark of how long the wait is BEFORE you order, but at least to have accurate time after. I would order again, but just want real-time info.

Mandatory tips added. I used this aol before for order and never have to pay tips. Tonight, I ordered via app again and got charged mandatory for tips. I dont even have option to pick. This is cheating.

App itself is okay. Easy to use interface, coupons for different restaurant, didn't show any estimate time and only able to pay with credit card. Charge both delivery and tips actually are for DoorDash. Order takes too long to prepare. Takes around 10 minutes to confirm order, 50 minutes prepared and 40 minutes delivery. Use DoorDash to do the deliver not convinient and almost give me wrong food order. Foods taste good and big portion. Use other app order for delivery instead.

Don't order through the app, especially if you're feeling hungry and want your food fast! The app is easy to use, but the delivery is done by doordash, which makes delivery take so much longer than if you order by calling the restaurant directly! Today I waited for more than 1 hour for my food. At one point, the driver was right next to my home and the app said they'd arrived within 1 minute, but then the driver drove away for another delivery first, and took another 30 mins to make it back!

Ordering was fine but there is no where in the app to see updates on when I should go get my food!! The app sends me a notification but I only see the first few words... then when I click the notification it just brings me to the app but there is no where to see the actual message I just got! I did eventually get a text that my order was ready but it would have been nice to be able to see the messages somewhere in the app.
