Shocking app...utterly useless. Tried password reset multiple times and just doesn't work, so now unable to make any bookings at golf club. Looks like major problem being ignored as many others saying the same. What the hell are the developers doing to make something as bad as this, they would be sacked at my place of work for deploying such rubbish

Tried to book multiple times with previously accepted address and password and not accepted. Message said I was using wrong address which has been used on howdidido several times, also wrong Password. Changed password on 31/7/20 and worked. Today 1/08/20 encountered same problem. With my experience at RBGS, wife having same problem at Turnhouse and reviews on line with others, there is clearly a major problem which software company must address urgently. Alec W Millar

Had trouble at first with looping login screen, but if you go into your phone setting, then Apps, Howdidido App, clear data, clear Cache in App. Then you can retry log in, App works well !! Shame it took so long to find out how to fix issues. Little or no help on Web page.

Very Poor. Logged out of the Android app and cannot log back in, even after a password reset. Can only login via the webpage version now. Unbelievable amount of unnecessary notifications!

Firstly it refused to accept my postcode in any format then when I managed to gain access and entered my scores only to be told I had no Internet connection despite having 4G mobile and fiber broadband. Uninstalling and will use the PC version at home.

For all those people experiencing issues with looping login use 'clear cache'. Settings, apps, the app, storage, clear cache. This worked for me. I don't know why that advice couldn't be shared or replied to from the support team.
