Ask me to update and goes to google play.. no update open but just open or uninstall. Click open n blue screen of kiperlive welcome page that is stuck for ages. Close n reopen n same thing. Force me to update but cannot update.

The app half of the time hanged at the blue colour launching screen for ever. It's either incompetent of the software or the non-coping server / infrastructure that couldn't handle the traffic. It's a poor experience using the app.

Hello can this app developers respond & take action please? My siblings updated this app a while ago and was logged out which until now they arent able to log in at all. Please resolve this problem. It's such inconvenience for the owner to know what & when jmb keeps updating about.
