This loyalty system is trash! My partner signed up mid-December and we were told it would take a day to kick in. It has been two and a half weeks, the app still doesnt work, and we aren't in the Mexicali database apparently, so cant accumulate points that way either. The loyalty program that actually makes me want to go elsewhere.

Shockingly bad app. Can't log in as it keeps asking for my email address, then sends me an email link that forces me to go to the website. Then tells me to download the app which I already have, then rinse and repeat. I've spent hundreds at Mexicali over the years, missed birthday offers because of the bad app and now it's updated I can't even log in.

App updated and forced me to log in again and of course all of the credit has been lost. App doesn't even have a logout option, so you have to uninstall the app if you need to change logged in account. The old app was pretty bad, the new version is useless and the store staff know nothing about it and care even less.

Updated app has lost all my credit, etc. Used the "contact us" tab to try and make contact (twice), but have just been ignored. Useless! While MF were good, there's enough competition around that poor apps/service such as this will just lead people to go elsewhere. I know I certainly do now.

Horrible app... I ended up going to another company for lunch because I was on a tight schedule and ordering before hand was important. You can't even order on line as it doesn't recognize your log ins.

Same as the other recent reviews. Can't login now and after you get the 'magic email' you're still out of luck. Hopefully they reply /resolve soon otherwise there's going to be a lot of lost business
