Overall very easy to order drinks and pay. It could use a feature to customize the drink with different teas and an option to write a note for specific requests. Also, if loyalty stamps could be linked to the app with an account it would be easier to claim through the app and not worry about losing the cards or remembering to collect stamps.

The app wait and pick up time is not accurate at all, I waited an extra 20 mins after the wait time while driving to pick up my tea and then have to wait another 30 mins to get my order. They can't make tea in 7 mins they need 50 mins, if your in Christchurch just use ancestral on their website. Add instruction to what you want e.g boba and Boom pick up in 15 mins.

Ordered online, arrived on site and still have to call a number for pick up. Except the order was not made at all so I effectively just wasted time ordering through the app and have to order by phone when I arrived. Oh, the app also charges a "convenience" fee on card payments. Very poor way of handling online orders overall.

love being able to order online, but app is slow and unstable, also if it think the store is closed (actually it open, need update your open hours) should say when choose the store not after gone through whole order and go to check out, very frustrating. Would be great app if it work properly more than half the time.

App works well overall. But it would be great if you could include the seasonal menu items in there too as it's always just the Dirtea drinks available but in stores, there are more options. Eg. The newest drink Rose Tie Guan Yin - not available online.

Would be 5 stars if there was an extra feature where for example, the QQ Passionfruit Green Tea, you had the option to have no coconut jelly or no pearls. I would happily give 5 stars if this was possible. Thanks.
