App simply doesn't work. Can't connect to Wi-Fi, can't scan the QR code. It worked once with Bluetooth then the light went offline and never came back online again. Called customer service and they were no help. They just told me to get another light. I've seen in previous reviews that it doesn't work on the Samsung S21 which I have. If that's the case the developers may want to look into that. In the meantime I'll be uninstalling the app.

If I could I would give it no stars at all. Brand new product, just installed and the app can't even detect Bluetooth. The instructions referred to turn on and off the light 5 times; light will pulse for discovery mode. Never happened!!! Yet, my phone Bluetooth is able to see the device, but they can't pair. This is just poor programming! Thinking ti take it down and get my $$ back. For a smart ceiling fan, is just as smart as my 2005 one! Now it crashes: Unfortunately, Hunspace stop responding.

Won't scan the qr code or find the lights. Tried to call tech support and they close at 7pm eastern. No better than just a non smart light at this point. My camera can even detect the qr but not their app

App not fully compatible with s21 ultra. Pulled out an old s8+ and app functioned perfectly.

I would love it if it would connect my LED Lights to my Bluetooth devices.

Doesn't recognize lights when installing. Tried to scan QR code multiple times on both device and supplied card. Attempted to enter in the registration code manually and didn't recognize it. Also tried resetting the lights to see if they'd register that way, didn't work. Can't control lights I just bought
