Shoparoo use to be great but I've sent them three emails for help and messages through Facebook messenger. I still can't get anyone to help. I don't know what happened to their customer service department, but they need to get it worked out!

This app is great just the only downfall is that there's a limit to how many receipts I can submit. I also don't understand why the app needs to know my income?

The only thing I have a question on is how can I get my receipts off my pictures file. I do note have a printer so I take copies of my receipts. Cheryl

most of my reciepts come up as duplicates for tbe last month or so

Ever since most recent uodate, app does not work. It wouldn't even allow me to submit feedback through the app (got a 401 error). Tried submitting receipts through my Google Pixel 3 and through my husband's Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge. I even tried different receipts but nothing worked.
