Doesn't do as implied. Downloaded to warn me it temp went below 37°. I open the program to find it needing a download of data. please fix as this is as clos as I've gotten to a program that can give me a freeze warning at a temp I know frosts my windows

Chief concern. The audible severe weather alert system needs to be tightened! When dangerous sleet starts to fall (right now at 21:15 hours. I should hear the warning notification! All other items are working well. ■
