The trip adviser often misses the best/easiest/quickest options. And you CANNOT buy tickets (for the LIRR, for instance) via the app (you need a separate app)...which is downright annoying. Good UI tho'. Easy to find what you want. DEFINITELY needs too so better on the delay advisories and letting us know about delays.

The service status is the primary reason I downloaded this app and it works. It could use a refresh button but it seems the only way to refresh is to switch between the tabs. Another thing is the maps can only be viewed by downloading as pdf. It would be great if the maps are viewable in the app itself.

Doesnt give the right estimated arrival of transportation.

Horrible inefficient - it eats way too much data. 23MB~50MB a day 700MB a month. I only check a few trains line and buses. Mta bus time only took 15MB and subway time 5MB for the whole month checking same line and buses.

Way too much clutter for it to be useful. Worse than useless.
