Like others have stated, the app worked fine at first. However , the map hasn't functioned properly for the last 9 months or so. More specifically: the map opens (kinda), pinpoints the user and bus locations, but the map image itself doesn't display the street lines, street names or even the bus stops. Woulda' been better had u joined up & contracted with Google Maps. (Not that the developers are actually reading these reviews or doing anything to repair the problem.) Jeez. Smh 🤦♂️

Was fine, but map now malfunctions. Developers, please fix it. Personally, I don't use the information about how many minutes or stops away a bus is located. I use the map. But currently, and for the past I don't know how many months,, the map fails to display streets. As such, the app is drastically less useful to me.

This App was ok at first, when a friend recommended it. But now since COVID-19 it's been unwaivable spam about COVID-19. Meaning you can't just ask not to see the same warning again and again. Plus different subway lines and routes will cause the app to randomly crash. Very ineffective and very unpredictable app. Looking now at NYC Transit map for alternative. .

It gives me the bus times very accurately. Only problem, it doesn't let me choose what Buses I want to erased. It erases all of them.

Useful, but explain to me why is it that when I want to know the arrival time of, for argument's sake, the B15 I also get times for the Q10. Makes as much sense as a screen door on a submarine or a bucket with a wire mesh bottom.
