I feel this app is totally useless because it donot let its merchant do anything on their own from this app. If merchant is facing any problem related to anything then they have to send a mail to swiggy which is cumbersome. This app should atleast give access to its merchant to change the store timings,open the store,delivery man's info like tracking them and personal info,calling customer care,customer details,full payout summary as it is send over a mail etc. Please workout on these asap.

There is no help button is there you can't call customer and customer care .sound of app is like comes onece in year.only vibrat .need to update and make like swiggy Partner app. Easy to use and easily gets help.

The notification order tone sounds like a nuclear attack. Someone could get a heart attack. Most terrible app.

No features at all no notification sound can't track rider total lol app😂 Edit App is stable now but rider information should be mentioned in the app like partner app Hope developers are working on it..

Some tab not working for items after marking out of stock you cant mark in stock.
