To all the Bachelor's who were tired of ordering from online ordering apps , this is an amazing gift. Just select for a week or months pack and you are good to go. The swap and skip options available are so useful. Must have app for all who order their food daily. Best part is that the food is less oily and give a feeling of homely food. Also they have got many cuisines covered at amazing price.

Really good app...my food preference is almost sorted best part is you get everything home cooked and choice of menu a week before and you can pause or skip or even swap your meals if u do not want to have the scheduled meal. Hygeine is the best part and packaging i liked. Despite that I gave 4 stars as sometimes food quantity is less but it depends from which provider you have subscribed.Generally thats why i choose 3 or 7 day subscription before going for 30 days......till now loving it

They so bad customer service. Even there customer care people cnt understand your problem. they all will talk in monotonous tone. Swiggy has one work to DELIVER FOOD. Atleast do it properly. For like 7 days i have to come to my campus outside gate which is around 200m and get it. One day i told delivery executive to pleaee deliver on the door, he told me as it is paid i am taking it back. Even i have lift they dont come. there reason is " have more orders to deliver"

Unserviceable in Gurgaon for me, though Swiggy says that Swiggy Daily is serviceable in Gurgaon only. Why did Swiggy launch this without proper testing across all Gurgaon locations? Swiggy has my location through my Swiggy login and app permission, still they ask for location to be emailed. Summary of Swiggy Daily: false claims, botched launch, pathetic technology team, and useless customer service team.

The worst customer service they provide. Also my food was not delivered and it is showing delivered in the app and when i ask them to cancel the subscription they refunded me deducting the amount of the food that is showing delivered in the app but not delivered to me. And when i am chatting with customer service they are taking more than 15 mins to reply with one message mean while i am requesting them to please reply fast asking them when will the order be delivered. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE

I've been using swiggy for years, homemade food delivery was something which was missing for me. There had been times where I had to order meal from swiggy(SWIGGYIT was the blessing) the entire month ..and looking for healty homemade food was always time consuming and frustating amd costly. After few homemade food delivery startups went out of operation in 2017, it made it more difficult for people like us. Better late then never. Hope this gets merged with the main app in the future.all the best
