I had given a five star because all service is good except The service of surat money card is worst.Its repeatdly Cutting the penalty from my card. And when asked to complain at customer care they usually transfer the call from one another. Its true one day i called customer care no. then they Transfer my call 8 times saying that ask to next officer..... But offline service it nice...

Wrost app. Not working anything. Unable to login and sign up also login using mobile number. Not showing anything. Only one map image showing and its quality is also wrost like this app.😠😡 If there is 0 star rating i give this app 0 star.

Application is very helpful to everybody. But please allow to take screenshots of any page as earlier possible but not now. This helps to get better route information that anyone can share route to 3rd person. Please kindly note this. Otherwise all over application is very good. I saw that some router shows after time gone. Ex. Next bus arrives at 10.45 AM but actually currently It's 10.48-50 so please consider this as soon as possible.

sir this is very useful Aap but there is some issue and I request you to fix as soon as possible. Sir many time since recent day it shows wrong information regarding bus arrival. I request to able feature of tracking bus as ola provide us. it will be much helful thnx

I still haven't used the bus service. But out of the curiosity, I just looked at the application and its features. I really liked bus schedules, their timings, routes information, etc. I am definitely planning to use bus service in future. Great initiative :)
