This has to be the shittiest app ever made. The idea is great but the app just doesn't work. Half the time it keeps hanging. And when it works it doesn't show the correct status of the vehicle. I'm unable to view the invoice & my car hasn't been dropped back even after 1 hour of service completion. Not recommended.

Worst service. My car was sent from service center for delivery arnd 7 pm. The car dint arrive till 9. Suspecting something traced the drive and called. He was completely on the other side of Bangalore. Not sure why he went there. I am very suspicious. Never have over your car to them. Ever.

No exit!! There is no way to exit the app, only way is to kill the app from task manager. Nothing much useful, except to know that your car is picked and dropped for service.

I had to send my car in for servicing with 21 North because the service station had arranged for it. The driver who came took almost two hours for a 30 minute journey. Suspicious, I tracked him and saw that he was riding my car around. Not only that, at the time of delivery, none of the soft payment options worked. Neither the machine the driver had nor the link that was sent to me. The only reason I could pay by a cheque was because my Service Manager is a nice person. This company seems like it can't have it's people or technology under control. I would rather make an extra effort to take my car by myself than give it to these incompetent people ever.

Worst service,I lived in Rohini I serviced my car today XUV500 I took the pick and drop facility, driver took the car from service center Sri Durga MAYAPURI but he is not delivered my car directly to me he gave my car to another driver in the middle to my location without informing me when I called the Concerned driver he was fumbling and he was not on to my way he was not towards my home he is totally on a another route. Not happy

Worst service Instead of solving anything they spoil it.Worst Service and executives & Head as well Mr.Kamal said that the executive is new he does not know anything.I shall come in the morning and fix all the issues.Worst app doesn't work & no way out.
