Excellent service. Today was my first order. I requested for 2 items which were not on their listed grocery items and they actually picked those for me as well. Packaging, cleaning of the fish meat etc was very neat and tidy. Order arrived on the dot. Special thanks to Arafat who delivered my order. I didn't have cash and his debit machine wasn't working. He just said I'll pick the money from you the next time. If it wasn't for this kind gesture we would be stuck . Thank you !

I don't recommend QFresh because of they are not flexible on delivery timming. They have delivery timming of 3:30pm to 8pm. Everytime I place an order I put in their notes just deliver after 5pm onwards (means between 5pm to 8pm) because I'm working in the morning. And just happen today that they deliver before 5pm and calling me how many times that the order is outside my door already. What is the use of notes if they can't follow. And its look like that its our fault when they came early.

Customer service sucks. They did not clearly inform delivery to my location was not possible. Instead they sent a message to confirm that they deliver and made me wait! Order was cancelled in the application without prior notice. I do not recommend

I ordered and then got an email with "order successful". When the order was too late, I checked the app and it was canceled without any notice or email!! If there is less than 0 star, I would give it to this app. UNINSTALLED!!!

No contact details. No response from supplier. I placed order yesterday for morning delivery, but NO status update for the whole day. Even there is no option to know if they will deliver the order or not. How we can wait without knowing that if the order is confirmed or not. WORSE app and terrible staff who operates it.
