Our Services:
Booking online (email) and offline (sms) confirmations once you make a booking. On the day of the service, the porter allocated to pick your order at location specified location/airport will be allocated with number (for easy identification). The porter will wait with a board at the airport arrival area for easy identification. Rest easy on the flight knowing that there is a porter allocated to pull the weight for you, Domestic or International. Security declaration for departure bookings from the passenger and meeting CarterX Porter is compulsory before entering the airport, luggage cannot be brought into the airport if CarterX personnel is not met. The luggage is weighed, images are taken and carefully packed in tamper-proof bags for transit. The handles and trolleys will no longer be available once we pack the luggage. The luggage then is bar-coded and images of the same are uploaded. All images are available for view in each order under 'Manage Orders' section of the application. Alerts of your luggage transfer will be available at every step via sms or email.
