Why did you guys removed the timer of delivery? Also after "order being placed" I get "Accepted" status. Change the string, its not self intuitive.

confirmation received on BBK app at 8.44 PM that your food is ready.. I have received my parcel Delivery at 9.20 PM.. All Roomali roti where bread crack & stiff and finally we have thrown all Roomali rotis.. even BBK Dum Nihari Gosht was also not cooked properly i am highly dissatisfied with the service & Quality of food provided... in future I will never order at BBK its a wastage of time & Money.. I remorse that why I have not placed order at Behrouz Biryani.
