Terrible , nfc tag not working so I kept trying it and looked at my account 15 euro gone when I only wanted one 24 hr pass. Ridiculous and not taking into consideration of elderly or anyone with medical conditions eg Parkinson's. Get rid of it , it's hard enough to have change for the bus then this. Bus drivers dont want notes but then are snotty when you give 'too' much change now I'm getting robbed off this too. This is a government service how can they not even get a simple app right?

nfc barely works. App cuts out persistently. Edit almost two years on and still just as bad, if not worse. Easily one of the worst apps I've ever used. Amazing that we still have to go to a train station to top up our smart cards in 2020 Ireland

Just changed my 1 star review because I've gotten a new phone and it works fine again. It is odd however because it always worked on my old phone until a few months ago but it's fine now. I have an Oppo, if anyone's wondering.

It doesnt work. I scan my card, put in my payment details but for weeks now i get an error message every time. Please fix this asap! I rely on the bus!

Not working, won't read my leap card, this is the only way I can top up the card. I use public transport for work and I use my card everyday. I can't even check what credit I have left on it to see if I'll have enough to get to work

Now that I've a pbone that can do NFC properly, it works well. A bit weird switching from Leap app to the Revolut app to confirm payment and then back to Leap app to collect credit.
