A very beautiful platform design but useless. Apps can't function properly & rude customer service. For those who wants to use BNI Sekuritas, better think twice. Because they're other apps has the same problems as well. Forget about calling customer service, they don't know either. And when they're frustrated, they will give rude replies as if the problem is on us & their platform is perfect.

BNI sekuritas is very slow. I, as a customer feel very dissapointed. I registered for online trading since 3 weeks ago but until now, I still didn't have my account. Then, I call 14016 to confirm this. The customer service said that BNI will confirm and call me as soon as possible but until now, I still didn't receive any calls from BNI sekuritas.

WATCH LIST reset to bions' default setting frequently. Unable to trade directly from watch list, no direct link to buy/sell stock. No sorting option in watch list. There should be ample features in WATCH LIST. Running text has no option for displaying >100 lot only like in esmart.

Bions definitely needs a significant improvements. The app is very slow that makes customer lost their opportunity in trading. Sometimes, it took forever just to log in, to loading our updated portofolio, to show the watched list, etc..

Maybe once a month they have problems in their app, and when that does happen don't expect they have a good customer service to handle it. Super useless division for not being able handling what customer needs. The apps is also lack of trading tools.

Hello. Honestly, this apps need an improvement. I can not log in so I can not do trading. This is ridiculous. I lost an opportunity because your apps. This happens many times. Please fix it.
