BAD EXPERIENCE IN KOTA KASABLANKA OUTLET!!! Notice and fix this problem management. I ordered at 9.20 in morning though app, i buy promo buy 2 get 2 and cashback gopay 100%. I waited more than 1 hours and my order is still in wait confirmation status in the app! That so frustrating, while the quene can get order easly, i the one who order from the app get to wait more long than the one in the quene. At least please put cancel option in the app if our order still not yet confirmed. FIX THIS!!!!

Well done, I'm the new fans of the apps. Unfortunately, the service was not in line with how advanced the apps is. Ordered on 12.50 to be taken on 18.45@PP, wished they were ready to be taken by the time I got there, but I ended up queueing 18 minutes because my order was not prepared yet by the team. please use some kind of alarm notice, so your cashiers know that there's app orders. tried 2 times at different location, both didn't notice my app order. one order was excuseable (went to toilet) nb : i was near the outlet when i ordered my drinks
