I am disappointed in this app. I am regular user who used this app for more than 3 years. But lately, the server respond is very slow, I have to wait for a long time. I lost my momentum to trade some stocks. And also when the screen goes off, the app become crash. I have to slow login again! Please improve the performance or I use other app.

Untrained customer service!! This version is not working with the latest version of android, however the CS told me just to wait until the new version is available. Leaving the customers with no solution at all

OMG, why auto order is so damn hard to access and execute during opening hours around 09:00-09:30 AM? I have log out, log in, log out, log in for more than 6 times but still does not work. Lately the apps is so damn lag. Please improve, make me miss more than twice to make profit opportunities.

1. Usually the auto order expires for 1 month, after update it only allows 7 days, come on Mirae !!! 2. While market open and the price Gap Down below my auto sell, it skip selling (the trailing stops s*cks) !!! 3. Often stuck in the loading screen for so long... QUICKLY FIX THIS MIRAE !!!

Two days, i cannot login on phone, but can login on tablet. Always lag and crashes when its okey. My phone is note 20 ultra, tablet is s7plus, with internet speed is upto 100Mbps. Disapointed

see comments about slow/lagging when opening market. I often use HOTS Desktop, get the same problems. sometime we need to execute orders on market opening as soon as possible & need to get quick server response. can't wait
