I love this app, since I can collect some of my fav brand membership in only one wallet. A lot of business now trying to have membership, but it burden me when I need to keep their card. And I dont even notice if they have seasonal promo, but this app helps me to know every deals everytime I went to the mall. Collecting point really satisfied me because every purchase will be counted and one day I'll get reward to be redeemed. What a fun experience, because transaction never be this delightful.

Good app , simple user interface, but i don't really like the color, my eyes are tired for long time usage. I found two of confusing UI when i am filling the form for membership. 1. Submit wrong input form when keyboard opened does not show snackbar dialog prompt error. But it shows after dismiss the keyboard. 2. Disabled input not really clear when first time try to submit form. I thought it was bug or something but there is explanation below the phone number input

Latest update broke everything. The login verification process took so long and keep on saying there is no internet connection on my phone. Once I completed the login process, I seemed to have no cards on TADA but my inbox informed me some successful points earned from transactions. When I try to add my existing card to the home screen, everything frozen. I am really considering on giving up using TADA now. Very dissapointed! :(( PS: I tried reinstalling from Playstore. Still not working :(

What a bad joke 1. Trying to redeem tokopedia voucher here and it always shows an error "External number not found" 2. They suggest to call 1500340 for customer service, no agent available, repeatedly asked to press keypad 1 to wait, if not, you will be given a voice message "So you have a problem, goodbye". 3. The live chat restart itself every couple of minutes, so chances are when you got served it will kick you out of queue, restarting it again and again. You suck Tada

Don't see why you need another useless app to burden your phone's memory. It's only a restaurant that serves over-priced average food, and a stall they rented the space to. You don't get points now for promo spendings on happy-hour or free-flow days. They claimed apps wouldn't work on rooted phone for security reasons, are they claiming that their apps needs more security than gopay, ovo, bca and other fintech apps? I am just worried my phone's security is compromised.

I have probiotic points for merchant soursally and the apps doesn't seems to work at soursally POS at all, for months already for god sake! and there's no explanation or certain date when the system is gonna back to normal. Then just when i asked about "what happened to my points then if it expired?", the cust service just answered with "just ask soursally for expired date extension" and puff! They were gone from the customer chat as soon as possible 👎👎👎 bye TADA i wont be using u ever again!
