The charts went slow, the app keep asking for authentication (PIN) and you can't use a same account in two or more devices. I trade with multiple devices and it was a nuisance to keep asking about verification all the time. The sudden maintenance keeps me from logging in and it costs me money. Damn large sum of money. It's not recommended for someone who lacks patience and if you're interested in investing maybe you should try another app.

This app keep asking for pin, error many times. The only way log in are changing the password.. Until when!!

Always maintenance and error when the coin price high, so I can't sell on the right price, happened more than one... Iam so disappointed better using other bitcoin app if something likr this always happens

Pros: many coin that you can buy in IDR. Cons: error when there's a lot of transaction. This is fatal thing for trading, people could lose a lot because of the error. There's already a lot of people complaining and yet we still don't see any improvement.

UI is quite easy to understand for beginners

Nice, cannot even login when bullish but has no problem when bearish. No matter what happen even you put the correct pin, you just simply cannot login when it's bullish. Indodax need to update the server and its tech so that it won't get the same error such 502 and 504.
